Gerard "Jerry" Keenan "Military Records" |

Gerard P. "Jerry" Keenan is considered to be the investigative community's premier expert on military records and military-related investigations. Jerry is a native of Paterson, NJ and a retired 20-year US Navy veteran who has served his country in numerous capacities, primarily overseas and aboard forward-deployed staffs. After retirement Jerry served as a civilian Security Specialist on the staff of the Commander in Chief - US Naval Forces Europe. While in London, Jerry developed, maintained and administered the USN’s first centralized European security training program for shore-based personnel. Jerry was also responsible for organizing security training for all US military and civil service personnel in the London area and providing security briefings to Flag and General rank officers and senior government officials, as well as Embassy personnel. Jerry coordinated security clearance background investigations on US military and civilian personnel, in addition to investigating security breaches and classified information / material compromises. After living and working in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East for 23 years, Jerry returned to the US and to his primary field of expertise: military and terrorism research. Jerry currently provides his services to law enforcement, private investigators, security firms, government agencies, film companies and TV/radio news. Jerry's research has helped to expose dozens of military frauds and numerous fraudulent Special Forces and Prisoner of War claims. Jerry and his research team provide terrorism alerts and constantly updated intelligence information to private security teams and investigation units in several countries as well to selected security departments of Fortune 500 companies. Jerry's office provides online briefings to the US Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) via restricted news lists and also provides supplemental custom research services to US, European and Australasian law enforcement and government agencies and current and former members of various countries’ Special Operations Forces. Reginald “Reggie” Montgomery is a legend among investigative professionals. Following retirement from local law enforcement in 1979, Reggie became a New Jersey licensed private investigator and is currently President of R.J. Montgomery Associates in Saddle River, New Jersey. Reggie has served as vice-chair for ASIS International’s Standing Investigations Council and as the chairman of the Northern New Jersey Chapter. He is a life member and past assistant national director for the National Association of Legal Investigators, a life member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Intelnet as well as the Council of International Investigators. Reggie also served as president of New Jersey Licensed Private Investigators Association from June 1996 to June 2000, and has been named to the Certification Board of The United States Association of Professional Investigators. Reggie is an adjunct professor at New Jersey City University. Reggie specializes in corporate asset protection and criminal defense investigations. He has given hundreds of speeches to national and international associations on a number of investigative subjects ranging from product diversion and protecting intellectual property to workplace violence investigations. He is best known for his interview and polygraph workshops. Reggie has been certified by numerous courts as an expert in virtually every aspect of criminal defense, corporate security and investigative related matters. Kevin Noppinger "DNA" |

Kevin Noppinger serves as Lab Director for DNA Labs International. He was previously employed with the State of Alabama Department of Forensic Science (3 years), the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (7 years) and (currently) as a DNA analyst with the Broward Sheriff Crime lab in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (16 years). Kevin's real-world law enforcement experience and his encyclopedic knowledge of DNA-related topics make him the perfect lecturer on the use of DNA as an investigative tool. Kevin has over 25 years in forensic serology and DNA science, as both a testifying DNA analyst and laboratory technical leader, and has had extensive courtroom experience as an expert witness in circuit, federal and international courts. Kevin is a member of the of the International Society of Forensic Genetics (ISFG), American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS), the Association of Forensic DNA Analysts and Administrators (AFDAA) and a former member of the FBI’s Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods (SWGDAM) which developed the guidelines that formed the basis for our national quality assurance standards and proposed the creation of a national DNA database for the storage and exchange of DNA profiles developed from crime scenes. Kevin received a B.S. from the University of Central Florida in Forensic Science and an M.S. in Biology from Florida International University. Kevin consults for the National Forensic Science Training Center (NFSTC) and conducts DNA audits in labs throughout the United States as required to become and maintain accreditation as established by the Director of the FBI. Kevin is currently the only DNA scientist conducting casework in the State of Florida and one of only 45 scientists world-wide who are certified by the American Board of Criminalistics (ABC) as a Fellow in Molecular Biology. |

Kelly Riddle is one of the premier experts on surveillance and investigative "fieldcraft", and he has trained hundreds of investigative professionals. Kelly has more than 23 years of uninterrupted investigative experience and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Alabama. Kelly was chosen as the “PI of the Year” by the National Association of Investigative Specialists and the PI Magazine named Mr. Riddle as the “#1 PI in the United States”. He has been designated an expert in surveillance, insurance investigations, nursing home abuse and computer investigations. Prior law enforcement experience includes being a member of a SWAT team, a Training Officer, Emergency Medical Technician, Evidence Technician, Arson Investigator, Juvenile Specialist and Traffic Investigator. Kelly was chosen as “One of the Top 25 PI’s of the 20th Century" and he is the holder of a Texas Certified Investigator designation (less than 30 in TX). Kelly is the author of 10 books, 4 video tapes and 1 Internet Investigation software package and has published more than 40 articles. He has been the guest speaker at more than 250 events and has been on national TV, radio and newspapers. Steven Rambam is the founder and CEO of Pallorium, Inc. (website: www.pallorium.com), a licensed Investigative Agency with offices and affiliates worldwide. Pallorium maintains U.S. offices and affiliates in Texas, Louisiana, California and New York. Pallorium's online subsidiary, PallTech (see: www.palltech.us), offers access to nearly eight hundred (800) data sources, and to seven (7) major proprietary databases. DataVerification.Net, a custom web portal owned and operated by PallTech, provides specialized identity verification and underwriting solutions to the insurance industry. Since 1980, Pallorium's investigators have successfully closed more than 8,000 cases, ranging from homicide investigations to missing persons cases to the investigation of various types of sophisticated financial and insurance frauds. Steven Rambam was one of the first investigators to expose "prime bank note" and "trading program" frauds, and his investigations in conjunction with U.S. federal law enforcement agencies resulted in some of the first convictions and imprisonment of P.B.N. fraudsters.
