"Archival Phones" is the result of a multi-year joint data acquisition project by Pallorium, Inc. and The Wingate Group.

This database contains 32-40 years of telephone listings (depending on location), and provides nationwide coverage. (**)

"Archival Phones" can be searched by :

- Address or by a partial address

- a 7-digit or 10-digit Telephone Number.

This database now contains in excess of 3.1 Billion records.

The current cost of conducting a fully nationwide search through Archive Telephone's 2.3 Billion records has been locked in at only .25 per search. And if a search results in a "no record found" response, there is absolutely no charge at all.

This is another irreplaceable database for cracking cold cases, and is not available anywhere else, at any price.

This database is provided to our subscribers as a free investigative utility, and identifies the correct City and State for any input telephone number.

Also provided is the name of the Telephone Company servicing the input exchange, and the Central Office code for the input Telephone Number.

A note regarding PallTech's "Primary Credit Header" Database:

PallTech's "Primary Credit Header" has completed beta-testing and has been opened to all subscribers.

Testing has found the "Primary Credit Header" database to be incredibly current, with a degree of accuracy much greater than seen in most competing products. This database combines multiple credit bureau data sources, and only requires minimal input to generate a "hit".

"Primary Credit Header" is accessible directly from the DIOGENES Main menu, or via immediate link with any of Skiptrace America's 6 Billion records.

PallTech does not truncate information reported to the user and so, as with all other credit bureau-type products provided via PallTech, "Primary Credit Header" includes complete Social Security Number(s) for the identified subject, and not a "truncated" SSN.

As with all PallTech databases, all "Nationwide Drivers" searches are fully interactive, and a report is immediately generated on screen.

In most cases, even if the subscriber is only searching in a single state, the cost of searching for a driver license record through PallTech's "Nationwide Drivers" database will be less expensive than directly searching via a state's database. In most cases, even if the subscriber is only searching in a single state, the cost of searching for motor vehicle records through PallTech's "Nationwide Vehicles" database will be less expensive than directly searching via a state's database. TeleGorilla's combined databases contain the majority of non-published numbers and cellular telephone numbers - even many numbers less than one (1) week old. A search by Address will return the Names of all individuals and businesses with telephone numbers at an input address, including the names associated with non-published numbers operational at that address.

PallTech's TSVM now includes the Non-Published Telephone Number Database (NPTD), a significant example of PallTech's continuing efforts to make available to the investigative community unique and essential investigative databases.

The NPTD, which contains nearly every (98%+) non-published telephone number in the United States, provides a critical supplement to PallTech's TeleGorilla database, and virtually guarantees that the PallTech subscriber will be able to legally "reverse" any U.S. telephone number. (This database has been provided to PallTech under an unrestricted telco access license.)

This database is fully interactive, and immediately returns the cross-referenced telephone subscriber's name, in addition to related data.

The NPTD is directly linked with PallTech's Primary SuperHeader database, which allows any telephone number "reversed" through the NPTD to return not only the cross-referenced subscriber's name, but also the address of the subscriber and the subscriber's S.S.N.

The PASD-I database is included at no extra charge in PallTech's Combined Search and on DataVerification.net, and is available for $0.25 / search on DIOGENES (peoplefinder.net).

This combined database conducts an EXACT name (person or business entity) or address search only. This restriction is to assist the subscriber in avoiding potential liability issues. For example, a search for the name "Binladen" would -not- return a record, as there is no such surname in any of the compiled databases. However, a search for the name "Bin Laden" -would- return a record.
